Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Who we are
Blah Blah Co. LLC in the United States and PT Blah Blah Corp in Indonesia operate thatblahblah.co and handle inquiries received through it. In this notice, “we” means these two businesses. For privacy questions or requests, contact email@thatblahblah.co.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, project brief and any other information you include. We use it to respond, discuss potential work and manage projects that follow. Please do not include sensitive information we do not need.
Our form sends inquiries to our Google Workspace account. The form plugin does not store inquiry text or raw IP addresses in its own database, but email-delivery logs may contain message copies.
Website operation and service providers
We use Bluehost for hosting, Google Workspace for email, and FluentSMTP for website email delivery and logging. Our form uses hashed technical identifiers, counters and submission tokens to help prevent spam and repeated requests. Hosting and email providers also process technical information to operate and protect their services.
Both businesses may handle inquiries. Information may be processed in the United States, Indonesia and other countries where our service providers operate.
Videos and external services
Portfolio thumbnails may load from YouTube servers. Opening a project, including a direct project link, can load the YouTube player before playback starts. Google may receive your IP address, browser and page-request information, and may use cookies or similar technologies. See Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Social and WhatsApp links open services with their own privacy practices.
When you open an Instagram Reel on this website, content loads from Meta/Instagram. Meta may receive your IP address, browser and page information and use cookies or similar technologies under its privacy policy. Opening View on Instagram takes you to Instagram.
Retention
For inquiries that do not become client projects, our retention period is 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Project correspondence and records are retained as needed for the project, agreements and applicable legal obligations.
FluentSMTP email logs are configured for 14-day retention, separately from inbox copies. Anti-abuse records are cleaned during subsequent website activity; expiry does not guarantee immediate deletion. Hosting logs and backup copies follow separate service retention arrangements.
Your requests
Contact email@thatblahblah.co to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Where applicable, you may withdraw consent. Available rights and any limits depend on applicable law.
Updates
We may revise this policy as our website or information-handling practices change. The date above shows the latest revision.
